"Today coming down riverside, there was a bus1112 appeared to be a large female driving the bus, there was 2 people waving to get on the bus, instead of stopping she swerved around a cement truck. And sped off.She drove fast and erratic all the way to Berry. If this continues you will have a lawsuit. You can't be this hard up for drivers. This was today around 3:39"

"Traveling can be overwhelming if you’re not used to the transportation sometimes you can feel like you just can’t go any further you’re not gonna make your boss you’re not gonna hit your deadline. I was crying going onto the bus today and the sweetest woman told me I was OK and prayed for me and everyone in the bus prayed over me and by the end I felt OK"

"Okay nothing so far has changed with their services, most of them are pretty much childish it's no wonder that the employment is so low. Was on the phone with someone for a minute to report a bus driver that has missed the stop, had to walk half a block to get to my job was about a minute late people are going to lose their Jobs if they can't get to them I don't think it's funny. People are dependent on their Jobs that is very needed, which I could almost say of the driver's either they have poor management at their headquarters or they could at least straighten up. I don't like the drama of arguing with the driver's of their responsibility , always use the whole policy that they throw at you to seem you the paying consumer that buy's their bus passes especially the yearly premium pass is the problem."

"I just started taking the bus after my transportation broke down and I have to say that the service is horrible. Either the bus is way too early or way too late for their scheduled stops. And today I find out that another hour of my time is wasted because of a driver shortage and have to wait an extra 30 minutes at the transfer station and another 30 minutes at my next stop because the bus is 4 minutes late dropping me off to catch the next bus. And to think that I had to pay $5 for the wasted time when I could have been walking for free!! I really feel sorry for those that have to depend on the bus daily to be able to get back and forth to work and to conduct other business."
