"I'm giving 4 stars because they have always been very helpful when I call and the driver was very courteous and on time. However, I'm baffled by their logistics. I'm sure it must make sense in their system somehow, but, It doesn't make any sense to me. I have twice had a very large item delivered from Tennessee to my home in north Fort Worth. In fact, my home is less than 10 miles north-east of this Fort Worth station (184). In both instances, the item from Tennessee comes in to the Fort Worth station (184), but, they don't deliver it from here. Instead, they drive (almost right past my house) to take it to the Farmers Branch station (389). From there, they will scheduled delivery all the way back to my house in Fort Worth. What sense does this make? The gasoline cost and the delay inflicted on the delivery with this transfer seems very much askew. Again, the people have been great to work with, but, it would be much less expensive and take less time overall if the deliveries weren't being driven back and forth from out of the way stations."

"Kelly advised they would deliver between 8-12 am, no one arrived or called. I called them, was told three more stops before they would arrive. NO ONE SHOWED, no one called. I missed work all day. Poor communication and respect for customers. I left a message for a manager to please respond Can’t keep missing work. Will keep you posted."

"The absolute worst experience. We ordered an item and were given a delivery date. Item did not arrive on that date, contacted Estes and were given the run around and looks like our item was lost and they aren't sure how we even had a delivery date?! After multiple calls, waiting on hold, call backs, still no answers as to were our shipment is but they can tell us it will be here in another week!?! Poor communication, organization and customer service. Will never again order through a company that uses Estes."

"We made numerous orders with Home Depot that were delivered by two different companies. Estes Express Lines have outstanding Customer Service and driver. I received a call the day before the delivery and the driver called 30 minutes before he arrived. Ana in Customer Service and Mike the driver were very professional. Actually Mike has made three deliveries to my home and was always professional. I wish that Home Depot would use Estes Express for all deliveries so we wouldn't have to guess when a delivery arrives."
