"Yo...whoever is the azzhole answering calls today (07/29/22) around 4/5 but she is rude. As hell. Does this buffoon know th type of gd ppl she's talking to???!! TRAUMATIZED, VULNERABLE, HURT, etc. Bih hung up on me not before her with a smart azz comment and attitude since she answered the phone. I'll be up there tomorrow to file a complaint.. no gd way this Foohl should be employed there. WE( temporary struggling ppl) need COMPASSION, EMPATHY, N SYMPATHY! AN SOMEONE who LISTENS. Shes dsgusting making us feel worse than we already tf do. She needs to go."

"They literally put me and my children out and told me to b their by 12 or they was gonn throw our things away I was their by 11 they stole all our good things….they won’t answer none of my calls smh mind u I had a funeral to attend my nephew had passed and I asked to stay overnight with family they ok it then when I try to come back they told me I had to do another Covid test but staff wasn’t gonn b their til next day I was only their a week they kept my food stole my remote that I bought their mind u they charge 15 for remote guess they gon sell it I want my things smh"

"Room at the inn really is a shelter with a purpose giving clients a future to look forward to. My family and I were blessed to get into this shelter and given a second chance to get on our feet. The program Coordinator and client Coordinator went above and beyond to help my family overcome the difficulties we had hanging over our heads. We really appreciate every staff member and volunteer who helped us move towards our goals. Thank you super bunches!! Bless you all!!"
