"This is my third time using College Hunks! The movers are always so timely and professional, and this time was no different! So far everything was transported well and nothing has been damaged. Lee, Mikel, and Givani were really fantastic throughout a long day and maintained great service even when the move took longer than expected. I'm taking one star off because the final price they quoted me before the move was almost $500 less than the actual total. I was pretty straightforward with what the needs were so I was a bit blindsided when it not only took longer than expected, but ended up being a much higher price. At the very least, it would have been nice to have been accommodated with a payment plan since the estimate was so much lower than the actual total, but that was not an option. I say this as a returning customer -- there needs to be some kind of guarantee that the actual amount due will be within a reasonable range of the estimate (~$100 give or take). I feel like much more than that actually goes against the company's motto of a stress-free move! Just some feedback for y'all to take into consideration. Thank you gentlemen for being great sports on a very long day!"

"We used CH 8/13/23 to move my daughter and her roommate from one apartment to another. First, they were late. Initially no big deal because they kept in contact with us and when we were told that it would be up to an hour past the time given they were gonna send 2 extra guys at no extra charge to get the job done faster (3 showed). It took an hour to clear old apartment because the girls had everything in the living room and organized. When we got to the new apartment one of guys worked hard to get the stuff moved in, one helped but very slowly and the other basically did nothing. I saw him laying down either outside on the ground or in the apartment. The last hour that they were there only one guy was working. He would take the items to the stairs and the girls would take it to the apartment, so only one worked the last hour, probably more than an hour. When charged we were charged for 3 movers, not 2, like we were told when they said they were sending 2 extra at no additional cost. The charge was $263 more than the quote and no detailed invoice was sent to explain why it was so much more. We’ve attempted to get this with no results yet. I will never hire a mover again in the future, having family help would have been cheaper and done faster. Several items were also damaged in the move, so care was not taken when moving."
