"Not surprising to see so many negative reviews. My experience was about the same as the majority of the reviews. I started as an owner operator over six years ago. Having worked for only three companies in that timeframe. I lasted three months in this one, just saying. Be smart and good luck"

"Paid on time every time. We have never had problem that did not get worked out fairly for both company and owner operator. They service their own new trailers, so no need in worrying with fixing them or replacing tires. They work with driver's all the time to make sure they are happy and getting loads. Have a problem just call management and it will get fixed. Have tires looking rough and need a new trailer, call the yard they will fix it or get you a new one. All the people we have leased trailers from before charged $1000-$2000 a month and all repairs were on you. it is all handled within company here."

"Just to inform everyone and not waist your time and money. To start off we went to training it was about $325 then $300 for ELD after that we purchased the required items for the job. We had to wait about 3 week to get the first paycheck. We tried it out because people told us there was money in sandbox ; yes they are correct but most of the money stayed with Eagle River Energy Services; they stay with 30% of your gross. The dispatchers are very rude.I am just putting this so you all can be informed . Trial and error"

"This company was not bad until they started charging 10% of your gross revenue weekly. For trailer/chassis fees. The hard working drivers are getting screwed over then the guys who don't want to work. After reviewing my contract it doesn't say anything about a 10% deduction for sand box division. ONLY! For the neuphmatic division due a higher rate and usage of hoses. But because they lost all of their pneumatic division. They are trying to servive out sand box. When rates are lower then pneumatic. I don't recommend this company at all and if you are thinking on leasing make sure you ask about that 10% gross revenue.l, before signing contract.."
