"They won't do 2nd floor... they actually threw my mom who is on Hospice on my couch and left her. CFD had to come and take her upstairs. After telling them that CFD was outside they still proceeded... Heartless people..Also they wouldn't wait 5 min for them to get here without charging me $150. Word to the unaware DON'T EVER USE THEM!"

"Never showed to pick me up for a very important doctor appointment. My husband was able (barely) to fit me and my wheelchair in is car and use everything he had to lift me into his car. N.E.T.I. assured us they would absolutely arrive at doctors office to take me home and they never showed up AGAIN!! When we called, they had no record of the pickup!! They had record of our payment though. I do not recommend this company at all!!"

"Absolute worst service. They were supposed to pick up my Father at 6pm from the hospital and take him to a rehab facility. They did not show up until 10:15pm. I followed them to the rehab facility and they drove faster than I could keep up. They then brought him in and left immediately without relaying any of the information to the staff at the rehab facility. My Father told me he was telling them that he was falling off the mattress they put him on because of their erratic driving, but they ignored him repeatedly. Please do not let your loved ones use this service as they should not be trusted."

"I took my 93 year old father to his doctor appointment by myself. After the appointment, he was unable to hoist himself back up into my SUV. It was hot, he was exhausted, and there was no way I could get him into the car by myself. Tianna, a NETI employee, had just dropped someone off and offered to help. She was fantastic! Dad has dementia, so he was a little confused, but she was such a professional! She spoke to him gently and respectfully, while firmly assisting him out of his wheelchair and into my vehicle. I am so grateful that she was there and volunteered to help! Thank you, NETI and Tianna; I will definitely use your company in the future."

"Kenny is the owner and he is the rudest, most unprofessional, least empathetic person I have EVER dealt with! Kenny does not care about patient care in the least bit! We had a patient with pins in his pelvis from a fracture and Kenny and his horrible transport team refused to let the patient be seen on their stretcher. They said they would rather the patient reschedule and figure it out verses trying to put the patient first and attempting to go above and beyond for the patient. This is by far the WORST TRANSPORT SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I contacted the head of HR at the facility that the patient resided at and informed them that we REFUESE to ever have any of our patients brought to our office utilizing N.E.T.I.!! Our physician was in shock at how Kenny was speaking to the drivers on the phone! He used profanity and was informed that the provider was in the process of a dressing change and Kenny did not care! He just kept saying to take the patient back!! It is sad how some people lose sight of true compassion and genuine patient care!!!"
