"Don’t say I didn’t warn you, 14 hour days 6 days a week with minimal benefits and lucky to make minimum wage with multiple checks at the end of the week now that is insanity and that is what I made when I worked there, left shortly after starting. In my opinion this is a scam company and truck drivers need to stay away from this company period. Stay out of financial trouble and stay away from this company!"

"They have you work 6 days mandatory. They will try to call you in to work Sundays also and if you dont go in then you get threatened with not getting any work. The good paying loads are given to the Rhome yard first, then the Godley yard, with the Weatherford yard getting the scrapes that are left over. The pay is horrible.You can make just as much flipping burgers. They do say that they offer a guarantee for show up time but you rarely ever get it and you had better show up for work 5:30am and stay til 10am Monday through Saturday, or you loose your guarantee. They have cameras in the truck and will write you up for everything...ie; drinking/eating,smoking,talking on handsfree device,not wearing a seatbelt in the yard when trying to swap trailers just to name a few. They will threaten to take away your guarantee, drop your percentage pay, and take away your PTO days if you get on the Weatherford dispatchers bad side. They do not care about their drivers. They only want inexperienced drivers that do not know the D.O.T. laws so they can make them run illegally. They start out new drivers at 22% of load and raise up to 24% of load after three months.That is when the guarantee kicks in also. They dont want you to stay employed that long. I would never recommend this job to any driver."
