"Very disappointed in the storage express. I moved my whole house into a unit waiting to move to my new house. A few days later all of my belongings we’re covered in roaches. After a investigation they seen I wasn’t at fault it was the people next to me. 5 customer service representatives told me to make a claim through the insurance we HAVE to have come to find out they do not cover insects. They have been treating my unit for 4 weeks and I have to call for updates on the situation. Today when I called they said they found no insects in the traps but could not guarantee if I move my belongings I won’t be bringing them to my new house. DISAPPOINTED is a understatement."

"We have been with this storage unit for three years now. Always paid on time and we’re faithful customers. We were going to move out on the 1st of January, but were then able to bump up the move on the 30th the month prior to save money. The manager told us that we were already “locked” into the system for paying the next month rent and couldn’t be refunded. So $56 extra for nothing. Seems a bit odd and fishy business. Would have rated 5 stars had this not happened."

I personally liked how the facility has a security fence surrounding the building paired with an access code gate. I knew my belongings would be safe and secure. I would gladly do business with Land of Lincoln Storage in the future."
