"I had a great experience selling my car yesterday to Kunes Auto Group of Macomb. I was strictly selling my vehicle because I am moving to a city where I will not need my own transportation. I communicated and met with Codie Bice and Troy Protsman and they both were great to work with. They were prompt, friendly, respectful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Codie was awesome to talk to while setting up my appointment and she also made sure to stop by and check in with me once I arrived at the dealership. Troy made the whole process of selling my car smooth and easy, and I enjoyed working with him. "Certainly not impressed, if you are looking for a new car you may want to look elsewhere. I contacted them about a new car and they responded quickly, but said they were dealer trading it. So we passed and the salesman continued to call and email us not remembering that they got rid of the car. Then we found another car at another Kunes location in Delevan WI, Jason the sales manager at that location is the worst manager I’ve ever spoke to! He doesn’t dealer trade he says, and due to his poor customer service skills I definitely won’t reach out to a Kunes dealer again. Their salesmen post cars all over Facebook and many times don’t even list car names correctly! I recommend finding a different dealer!"
