"The staff, in the past few months, has become extremely rude. I've shopped here since they opened in our smaller college town and enjoyed the bargains. I went in the other day and the prices had been raised, which is odd since they get all of their items for FREE! At a recent excursion, t he staff were all gathered around the "expensive" jewelry case. I was waiting to check out and was completely ignored. I waited several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I don't have to shop here. I'm a professional and make good money. I don't think I'll be back."

"Same as other recent reviews. I don't care to read the link that's being attached to reviews. I will adjust my review if the ridiculous pricing changes. Most Entertainment items are just at or below online prices. The staff seems stressed but works hard to keep the store up. I've been to many Goodwill stores and this is at the top of the list for awful pricing. But if they actually get people to pay it then good for them. Galesburg Goodwill pricing blows this store out of the water!"
