"Book elsewhere. This place is run down and not kept up. The towel bar, TP holder, and hairdryer were falling off the wall (screws pulled out), hair dryer didn't work, bed covers were paper thin (we asked for extra blankets and those were nice), stains and dirt in the drawer, outlets in lamps did not work, and breakfast was just okay. Staff was pleasant, I just would not come back."

"Overall had a good experience staying here. Suite included a microwave, mini fridge, sleeper sofa and extra tv in initial space entered. Had french doors going into the bedroom/bath area for separation of rooms. Hot water in shower. Shampoo, conditioner TP, kleenx and soap provided. Coffee maker provided in room. Also had iron and board, hairdryer provided. Pleased with hot and cold breakfast choices, nice variety. Front desk friendly. Would stay here again."

"Had a great night at casino and Doris tavern before crashing here blackout drunk. Lost my wallet at some point and couldn't find it for the life of me. Retraced my steps throughout town, taxi service and even made a police report.. thought I wasn't gonna find it. Made one last attempt to find it and came back to the hotel to retrace steps, and Ollie made a huge effort to help me find it! We went back to my hotel to look for it and Ollie searched the entire room until he found it in the bottom of the garbage bag! GIVE OLLIE A RAISE! I will always come back to this hotel because of the amazing first experience I had here! If you're reading this, THANKYOU OLLIE!"

"We stayed here for 12 days recently. Pros: Breakfast every morning, the waffles are really good. The room was a nice size, with a separate bedroom and living area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Most of the staff are very kind and welcoming. The staff respected our privacy at all times. They are pet friendly. Cons: We had mice in our room and had to hang our food in the closet. (In full transparency, we did tell the front desk about the mice, but asked them not to trap them until we left.) Children running up and down the halls and stairs yelling loudly late at night, especially on the weekends. Children alone, tearing up the breakfast area on the weekend.(These issues are truly more of missing parents than the fault of the hotel.) Depending on who makes the coffee, it could be extremely weak. I was never given or told about the "contractor" discount. I was told about it when we checked out, but still did not receive it. I did make it clear that I was a nurse traveling there for work when we checked in. We would stay again, as it was convenient for my work."

"Clean and cute. The only reasons for a lower rating is 1. no elevator. We had heavy luggage that we had to tote to the second floor. and 2. When the front desk clerk is away, some (not all) of the cleaning people are Extremely loud walking around on their phones talking about some pretty personal and uncomfortable things."
