"I was told my apartment had been cleaned all but the fridge. So I sent them the rent and deposit as I was in another state. Omg! Filthy place! And now I'm getting one excuse after another for why my rent and deposit hasn't been returned. I may not have a lot of money but that doesn't mean I'm going to live in a filthy place. If you expect clean I'd recommend avoiding this place at all cost."

What I like most I can sit on my balcony and read a book and drink coffee and enjoy the sunset when it nice outside it's in walking distance to stores and to the town pool no violence everyone keeps to themselves ☀️ the landlord/office karen is super nice caring and understanding /maintenance is very helpful and smart"
