Without this pre-diagnosis I would completely missed it and lost years of treatment for a better quality of life… Maybe I was lucky but I think it is more about competency."

"Ive been going to them for at least 15 years . I Had Experience with a doctor they wouldn't fill out short paperwork That I needed to get in to hud and cause me to be homeless livingon the streets. And lately with getting into the dentist has been a real problem with me. They always say they cannot schedule an appointment that I have to call everyday and try to get an Appointment so i call and the pawn Me off on the somebody else. And then I have to leave a message for them to call me back. And they never return a call. meanwhile My teeth are getting horrible I used to take care of them I was at the dentist every 6 months no matter if I needed it or not. now I guess they don't give that option. I now have had one tooth pulled. And I need another one pulled and I need 4 fillings. Anymore I feel like a Guinea pig every time I go in there because they will do a filling on my teeth. And then I have to make another appointment to have it pulled because it still hurts. I'd really like to know what's going on with this clinic Because if they're not gonna help me. I can find another dentist. It's ashamed because use to I love this dental clinic so much at one time. I have sent my mother there and several friends. I won't no more and when people complain on here they don't Acknowledge them Which is a Big lack of Respect for their patience"

"I’d give 0 stars if I could. My 5 1/2 month old son is sick, but PEDS couldn’t get him in today so they made us an appointment at CHC. The doctor (Theresa) said he has allergies and she was going to prescribe him an allergy medicine similar to Childrens Zyrtec. Said she was sending it to the pharmacy as soon as we left. An hour goes by, I check with our pharmacy & there is nothing for him yet. A couple more hours go by, still nothing at the pharmacy so I call back out to the office to check with the doctor. She said she is sending it right now, that she forgot and she apologizes. Another hour passes and I go to pick up the prescription BUT THERE IS STILL NOTHING. I make another phone call to check with the doctor, she’s already left office for the day. The lady that answered the phone reads his doctor notes off & it says he’s to young for anything & to use saline nasal drops. NOBODY WAS GOING TO CALL TO TELL ME. I will never go here again, nor recommend this place to anyone. Such a waste of time."

"I just want to take a minute to recognize Shannon the sweet dental hygienist at the CHC dental clinic. She has been so welcoming to me since the first time I decided to try this dental clinic. I was very nervous because I had not been to the dentist for a while and she was so calming and understanding. She always remembers me and everything we talked about at my last visit (6 months ago). I have never met such a caring person. Not only does she have a great personality, she is very good at what she does. She is gentle but still makes my teeth super clean and healthy. Your clinic is very lucky to have Shannon and I now look forward to each dental visit. The clinic is also very clean and quick."
