"Flew Thursday from Ontario California to Harlingen Texas…fight got diverted and I missed my connection but Southwest automatically got me on another flight leaving Austin. Got to Harlingen late but got there I did. Planes were clean and the staff was the best. Highly recommend."
"We took southwest from HOU to HRL round trip. The flight to HRL went smoothly with great customer service and lovely hostess. The way back to HOU was a real nightmare for us. We have three kids, and they are all young, and it took every breath of me to keep them calm and entertained for those hours. The flight should take 40 minutes, But it took instead 3 hours, 2 of them we were stuck in non moving plane due to mechanical issue. They had to wait for the mechanical to take his time ( more than an hour ) to come check on the plane, and then another hour to finish the paper work that related to the issue. I tried to ask the air hostess twice about updates, but he refused to answer me, and ignored me completely. He was very rude and unprofessional."
"I was very pleased with the lady behind the counter. My daughter and I were coming back in the same plane but, some how our flight was changed. She was going in a different flight.The airline lady fix it so we were in the same flight with out any problem. She was very kind. I will be using Southwest in the near future."
