"I woukd give them 4.5 stars. I used to not have any luck with this location but these last couple visits have recovered my faith in this place. The people running the front counter are so helpful (I have three kids and they are hyper) and they always are so welcoming to us, I don’t feel like we’re imposing. They help us in a timely manner. It’s usually very busy when we go but they are always honest if it’s going to be a long wait and we just go do errands until it’s our turn. I trust coming here and I think people should be more understanding in these times."

"Refused to see my husband after telling us on the phone to come in. Then my daughter had a UTI and the local clinuc literally advised us to go to the ER over this place... even their own people know better than to send patients here lol"

"After 3 days of my 10 month old having a fever (with other symptoms), calling his doctor, and seeking out recommendations; I decided to go to the Express Clinic (25 minute drive for me). This was also recommended to me by my doctor, as she didn't have any appointments available. I walked in, after a very restless night with my baby, barely got my name out when the lady asked how old my son was and said they don't treat anyone under 12 months old. Immediately, tears started streaming down my face because I had specifically looked for this information and could not find any, so I assumed they treat everyone. The front desk person, just looked at me as tears came down my face and said "Sorry, you can go to the Express Clinic in Freeport".... another 30th minutes away... I was so disappointed in her lack of empathy, understanding, and at the most basic... customer service skills. For people in a time of need, this treatment can and WILL absolutely make the patient situation worse. After some research, it looks like they DO state that you must be over 1 year old, but you must go to third website down on a Google search and read through a paragraph; this information should be MUCH easier to find."
