"I needed 4 dozen donuts for an early morning Monday meeting. I had forgot to place my order on Saturday as Dunkin requires a 24 hour notice for large orders. Dana was very accommodating, explaining that she would need to check with management but would call me back if they were unable to fulfill my order. Turns out, management allowed my order to be filled and it was waiting for me when I arrived at 7:15 am. Thank you very much!"
"The service is always good, love the employees that are there. The food is always good. The drinks are always good. I have never had a bad time here. Dounts are always so fresh."
"No one greeted us when we came in, we were the only ones in there. Server acted like she didn't want to bothered with us, donuts were stale, coffee was luke warm. The area was very dirty. Four girls in the front and no one could say to have a nice day or come again. We won't be back!"
"The only constant here is inconsistent quality of food and good customer service. Horrible on both counts. Been to other Dunkins and they offer bigger selections and better customer service. Better yet go to Starbucks."
"Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful, and I have never had an incorrect drink. Tonight I had Jess and Dorian who were so thoughtful and sweet while we talked, and really went the extra mile (and made a fantastic drink) while I wasn't feeling the best. Thank you!"
