"Paid for delivery and installation of a fridge but refused to install claiming they were liable if anything happened to the fridge after they install it. Makes zero sense. According to Katy they don't do installs on refrigerators that are going to have custom panels. I wasn't asking them to install the panels I was asking to install the fridge. Needless to say, don't recommend."

"They lie and don't care about you. I drove 10 hours to meet them and get my washer. They opened my washer by accident and tried to deliver it to another house and damaged it. So they canceled my delivery. They rescheduled to deliver it and now are saying someone has to be there to sign although they never told me that. Hire another company that works to find a solution."
"My delivery men, Gino and Carlos, were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They came earlier than expected and placed and setup my refrigerator and removed the old one in around 15 minutes. I was very pleased"
