Pearsall Nursing and Rehab, hands down, provides the best care I have ever seen…despite the challenges our current economy throws at them. "The staff is awesome! My husband has been at the facility for 10 months. The CNAs are so caring and have so much compassion for the residents. The nurses keep me up to date about my husband's appointments and new orders from the doctor. Felicia one of the nurses is so good with my husband. CNAs Laura, Jessie and Nicole are the best. "Worse nursing home ever my father in law gets served cold meals instead of hot warm meals. Also serving him bananas after they were clearly advised that he's not supposed to eat bananas due to his potassium levels. The nurses take more than an hour to respond to his calls when needing water or to go to the restroom. I would not recommend leaving your loved ones here unless you want them mistreated. Been trying to call for more than an hour to talk to someone in charge yet nobody is answering the phones."
