"if i could give this clinic's front dest (0) stars i would. They can't get their information right and ALWAYS LOOSING paperwork. So for their lack of keeping track of clients' information, they have REFUSED medical care for my child who has been seen there fairly recently. This is not as far as this comment has gone. i have also reported them."

"Waiting period is ridiculous and no consideration of how patient is doing....so if you go in with possible chest pain FORGET IT! ...my mom waited over 1 hr and decided to leave due to waiting over 1 hr and a few other people taken in straight to room in back without an appointment as walk-ins(bee sting) How does this clinic save lives? Called to check if my mom was in back to be seen for chest pain and they said "she is not here and she didnt get seen" BECAUSE SHE WAITED OVER AN HOUR WITH CHEST PAIN! NO PEOPLE SKILLS TO FIGURE THINGS OUT OR VOICE CONCERN...you have to ask and ask for help and still even that feels like you are bothering for asking about your loved one care. "I absolutely love the dr! But every time we come, we wait over an hour past our appointment time to be called back. It's really inconvenient and frustrating to sit in the waiting room with my small children. They are good kids but I can only entertain them for so long."
