"The worst, waiting for an adapter to put an iv on and it's going on 20 minutes already. First iv finished and it started suctioning blood in the line due to it being empty and took them that long to disconnect. Been here since 10am and its 615pm and only 1 iv put in so far. We told him hes diabetic and he hasn't eaten anything and like they dont care. So hes fasting the whole day and still with no medication! They said they will put 2bags of iv and let him go... I guess it takes all day to do it! So not professional. Dr. Tried putting iv on with no gloves on or flushing the line first! And still waiting on line to be connected. I understand its busy but no excuse to neglect your other patients. Took 27 minutes to connect and that's because I went to them and told them to discharge him already since they are not doing anything that's the only reason they did it. And the only one that actually helped is a heavy set female that came and hooked up the line and apologized and had some one come give him some food."

"Their website says no visitors even though they are allowed one at a time. Please update this. Another thing, the woman at the front desk in the ER is very rude. I didn't catch her name but she's pale, slim and unkempt. I was speaking to a buddy of mine from Pearsall and he said she's always like that. That's pathetic! To be rude to people that are just trying to visit their loved ones and are worried about them is absolutely unprofessional and they shouldn't be interacting with the public. I will say, though, that the actual nurses that work one on one with patients were wonderful and the facilities were really nice."

"If you have elderly I strongly urge you to take pictures of them!!! Before and after!!! THE NURSES NEGLIGENCE (some, not all) is concerning! Know your rights, especially in these circumstances we find ourselves in (covid). they will do their best to limit your contact with your loved ones so be sure to know your rights!!! Call them repeatedly! If you suspect abuse or negligence, or perhaps there's a language barrier; seek help in filing a complaint!!! Theres a few good people in town that will do this for free!"

"I was recently in the ER then placed under observation. From the moment I arrived until discharge, the staff was so attentive, prompt, and there for my every need! They made me feel so comfortable at one of the most vulnerable times in my life!!! Thank you Teresa, Angela, and Michelle for all you did! You all have been blessed with such a wonderful gift, may God bless you all!!!!"
