"Peaceful location far enough from the highway to reduce noise. Friendly folks. Sites are mostly level gravel. Price is reasonable. Maintenance is really lacking. My site had numerous dog droppings that have obviously been there for some time along with other small trash. Water spigot located in a difficult-to-reach position. They could also really use some trees."

"Kind of unmanaged. Site we were directed to already had vehicles. Called phone number and was told to take any empty site. Who knows if the people in our original site registered, paid, or were just squatting? Dumpsters overflowing, trash piled all around. No sign showing which door was women's restroom, only men's. We were given code to laundry and wifi, but not to restrooms. It's really just a gravelly, stony parking lot with hookups. Sites very tight, especially when people have a trailer, truck, car and fifth wheel squeezed into one site so overflowing onto neighboring site. One night was more than enough."

"Quiet gravel lots. Easy access. Large pull-thru stayed connected.cable TV. Sewer connection little far required extra hose. Only stayed one day"

"Was good for a 2 night stay. The spaces were extremely rocky but level. Power hook ups are fairly new but the water hookups were half buried. The dump drains are positioned weirdly in some spots so a bit inconvenient. Noise from a nearby oil well operation goes on all night. Most tenants are long term oil field workers. Laundry was ok but many washing machines were not functional. The daily rate was good but you get what you pay for."

"Great two night stay here along the return leg of a three month trip . Great management; clean park with level sites, direct tv through your coax connection, lots of amenities including laundry building, shower facility, internet, convenience store ( which also has rv accessories!), very large game room/ party room, playground, covered outdoor bbq/ picnic area with picnic tables . We stayed at a pull thru site that was 90' ft. Long and at least 20' wide, with plenty room for our 41' 5th wheel and our 20' 350 truck . Most sites are back to back and are 45' x 30', with a pretty large concrete patio. All sites have 30/50 map hookups.. Streets were nice and wide. The park was clean and busy, but still quiet."
