"I showed up to this store almost 10 minutes after closing time, doors were already locked and they where husling to wrap things up and go home. One of the employees approached the front and let me in. I needed to make copies and send out time-sensitive documents that I had just notarized minutes earlier that had to be time-stamped that day. This is the kind of people that make your day better, this is the kind of store we all want in our neighborhood. Thank you guys for saving the day!"
"Literally just walked out of there , the 3 employees were more worried about gossip and counting their drawers than helping the customers they had one pink haired girl doing all the work, while they see me standing there with a package in hand and continuing to laugh and chat amongst themselves (DO BETTER) is all I got to say for this store."
"Hamaz Lakda went above and beyond to help my company get a package to its destination. He even offered to take it himself so that it would make it there on time. In a world today that seems to see people avoiding doing the "extra" for customers this was not the case. "I had to do 3 Amazon returns. In the middle of helping (I think his name was Hamza?), the power flickered and went off. The store staff started taking pics of Amazon QR codes and still kept taking packages while remaining u flustered and doing their jobs. I had no way to pay for the small box and bag needed to complete the return. No electricity, no register. He said don't worry about it. I was impressed by the team."
"Very bad service. A black guy with dreads left me waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. As soon as someone else of his race came in, he helped her immediately. I told him that he should’ve helped me first. His response was “I wasn’t with you.” I told him he should’ve asked if I needed help. He said have a good day. This was racism at its finest."
