He meticulously assisted me in verifying the recipient’s address. The store manager, Mr. Gul Maredia, also offered his assistance and support. I am very pleased with their service."
"Normally they have pretty fast service but that doesn’t wipe out the times when they’re supposed to be open but no one shows up for work. People scheduled their day around opening time and are left to stand out in the heat waiting well past the advertised opening time with no one in the store. There are 6 customers still waiting while 4 others have given up and left and it’s more than 20 minutes past opening time."
"This location normally has good service. However recently the customer service agents are young and provide no customer service. They were trying to charge me over $100 to ship a package that I had a label for. During my time at the store, 2 other customers left because they couldn't be helped."
