"Dr Ray, a few of the nurses and Marissa at he front desk are the only good things about the Amarillo Heart Institute. Most of the office staff is rude and unprofessional. Getting them to return your phone call is frustrating to say the least. The ONLY reason is stay with them is Dr Ray. Him and his nursing staff are the absolutely BEAT in the Amarillo region."

"I have a pacemaker. Need some adjustment. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried since last Thursday to get this done. Who knows when it will be done ! Their website tells me they are open but they don’t answer the phone. 11-23"

"First of all, the big C was a total sham. They had therapeutics that would have saved the lives lost over the last 3 years, but instead, they pushed that harmful experiment that causes myocarditis, strokes, heart attacks, and heart failure. So why would a cardiologist recommend a shot that causes heart issues? That is mind-boggling. You recommended this experiment to one of your heart patients (that just had a heart attack that was missed by your doctors) that leads to heart damage. What kind of reckless medicine is this?!?! Please refer to Dr. Peter McCullough's research before you recommend that heart damaging garbage to any more of your patients."

"My husband had a " widow maker" in February 2023. He had a followup appointment scheduled for June 2023 that was cancelled to October 2. Now that one has been cancelled to February 1. Is cancelling appointments standard procedure for these doctors?"
