"These people are unprofessional. I brought Harriet in one day at 2 in the afternoon. They had no customers. Harriet is an 8lb Chihuahua. They told me that they were done for the day and I would need to drop her off at 7 during the morning for them to groom her. Got up at 6am today and drove 35 minutes to drop her off and now they say I need an appointment. No one or dog in the establishment. So much for trying to help a small business. SMH"
