"I went in yesterday to fax something off and Mr Sonny helped me, once we were done faxing it was time to pay, it cost $2 all I had was my card which they require a $5 minimum, he told me to just bring it back when I can. Thank you for your courtesy and great customer service. I’ll be bringing my money by today!"
"When I went into the store, the owner was very nice took my Amazon return. He said they don't give receipts for UPS printed labels. When I checked with ups tracking week later, it wasn't showing delivered. I called mailbox people, and went a little crazy, asking for my package. The owner was very nice, collected, offered to talk to UPS and asked to call him back next day. I, still upset, checked with UPS one more time, and called Amazon, now it was showing delivered. I was going to call mailbox owner, to apologize, but he beat me to it, called me to tell me that he was able to track the package. Very nice guy, thank you for not hanging up on me, I probably would have. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely use their services!!! Very nice, patient and aim to please customers."
