"I needed registration and a title transfer on a truck that had not been registered in years so I called them as well as other title places to get quotes. She gave me the best number and I thought it was too good to be true. I went to Texas Auto title first because they had hundreds of positive reviews. They wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone, so I drove across town to be quoted literally $1000 more than the quote from Richmond Multiservice. All the other places were quoting me $500 more than Richmond Multi Service so I was a little cautious. Well after driving around getting frustrated I looked on the gps and realized I was not that far from Richmond Multi service so I just said oh well, I’ll try it. The lady at the front desk was prepared for me already and had the proper paperwork ready. She was professional and awesome. She assured me that I will be getting my plates and sticker in a couple days and my new title would be mailed to me in a couple weeks. Because everything was so easy and seemed too good to be true, I was hesitant on writing the review until my title came in the mail... well guess what. My plates and stickers were ready in 48 hours and my title came in the mail this Friday!!!! This place is amazing and my go to place forever.. if you need a title transfer or registration, this is the best place to go.. if you are looking online at reviews trying to find the best place to go for this and you are reading this, call Richmond Multi Services now.. you can thank me later. "Worst service !!!! They took 2 weeks to get registration sticker then they said they couldn't do it and I had traffic ticket that time. Also they didn't tell me the what reasons why they couldn't get the sticker. So please don't pay attention these 5 stars over here !"
