"We went to Luna Notary in to have Mona prepare our 2022 taxes in April. Not only did she never file our taxes, according to the Internal Revenue Service, she charged us $175.00. I have reported this business to the IRS, Texas Attorney General Office, the BBB, and filing charges for theft. Word of caution: Do not do business with Luna Notary. She also did this to another family member of ours as well."
