"Ordered through Grubhub on Saturday 3/2/24. My 8 year old daughter ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken strips. Came on about 7 hours after eating. Hopefully this will make people aware that this location must not practice very safe food handling procedures, because this is the third time, in about a year, someone I know has gotten sick from here."
"They wasn't full menu, breakfast and was in mood for sourdough jack. 10:30. No napkins were put in bag or out on counter for clean up. No Dr pepper in machine diet or regular."
"Not a good experience. No greeting and service was slow. Employees walking around doing their thing but I never heard them say " We'll be with you in a few minutes" or "may I help you". One man was on his lunch break and they got his order wrong. Took them several minutes to even get to him and make him another burger. He was mad and disappointed. My first choice drink was Sprite there was none, second choice Dr. Pepper, none. Chose gingerale and that tasted like chlorine. We ate our burger and thank goodness that was good. And you guys have McDonalds next door."
"Needs a negative rating. Sat at the window over 15 minutes before they even took my order then to be locked into the drive through with no way to escape!! Avoid at all cost it wasn't even busy unless you have 30+ minutes to sit and wait."
"The guy was really nice and helpful while ordering, but the food unfortunately is so hit or miss. Sometimes it is delicious, warm and so well prepared and this time it was absolutely horrible. The prices are too high for the inconsistent quality. Will start going to a different Jack in the box."
