"I have visited this store quite a few times over the years. But in the last week I have been made to believe the place has gone down hill. I brought two separate Amazon returns to this store. The first instance the clerk required me to pay for a shipping bag to place the returns in. This was not expensive but it made me double check the return option I have used countless times. It states that all I had to do was bring the return in its original manufacturer packaging, as I did. I am very familiar with this process so that was the first point of contentention. Few days later I returned and this time I bought a couple of small items that didn't work out for me in their respective packaging AND in the Amazon box they were shipped in. The complaint here was that the young man that serviced me was very rude and had an unpleasant aditude about me putting the items in the Amazon box. Confusion has set upon me as to why either of these encounters went the way they did, but there is another store on De Zavala that I can go to and they have never given me any sort of grief about anything. I will just go there from now on even though I live right next to this location."

"I've been a customer of this location since 2000. Ruby has been one of their long term employees here since that time. I get great service from them, and that's why I keep renewing my box rental year after year. They accept packages from Amazon and every carrier for that matter. Easy return for Amazon. I have 24/7 access to my mail, but I have to come in during biz hours to get my packages."
