"The pharmacists here lie to you. I got a new script for Vyvanse and on the app it said it was pending almost a week. When I called the pharmacist lied to me and said my insurance didn’t approve it. So why when I get ahold of the insurance they say it’s approved? Also, i was told months ago I could not refill my Vyvanse through the app, I have to call. Why is it when I requested a refill on the app again this time it’s ready for pick up?"

"I often wonder how many hours of my life I have spent waiting in the Ottawa Walgreens pharmacy drive thru for my medications. EVERY time, without exception, I wait for over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be met by a rude staff member. Will be switching to CVS asap."

"Every time I come to this pharmacy there is a problem! Either they are out of a medication or you get sent away for another reason. Went for a scheduled covid test appointment and was told they don't have me scheduled even though I have a conformation. Was told to come back because they were busy. Not very good customer service here at all!!!"
