"I will never go back to thorntons again. The customer service was horrible. When i walked to the counter and the cashier just stared with no hello or can i help you!!!!!! I had to say hello and ask for a carton of smokes. There was some confusion on the cigarettes and the cashier was very rude and didn’t say thank you when i left!!!!!! I should’ve just walked out without buying the cigarettes. I already put fuel in before i went in or else i would have taken my business somewhere else"

"Good prices on drinks, wouldn't recommend anything else though. They have 44 ounce foam cup coffees for $2.28. They also have Mtn. Dew kickstart energy drinks for the foam cups at basic foam cup price (32 ounce is 89¢ pre tax 44 ounce $1.08 or so). Not healthy, but delicious. Honestly prefer their coffes to other places and it's cheaper. I get the cold ones from the small machine, without it I'd just give three stars. Have been told by smokers the price of cigarretes are cheaper here, but can't confirm as I don't smoke. Hotdogs are a bit expensive for me, but recently started giving away one for free with a purchase, though I don't know exactly what requirement is needed. Not the cleanest bathroom."
"Breakfast sandwiches are good but your early morning cashier was rude. I left my gas pumping while I walked in the store and she told me “never do that again I could call the police on you for pumping gas unattended. Our pumps are broken so if you spill gas and someone else lights a cigarette I’d be your fault.” Sure, great way to never get customers to come back!!!! Get you pumps fixed if your worried about people’s TOTALLY NORMAL gas pumping habits. Maybe threaten them with the police"
