And this goes to everything from snobby terrible attitudes of the workers, to them never having things done on time, and to them not filling prescriptions correctly AND never hearing back from them when they say they’ll call back to get it fixed. "I went to this particular pharmacy to fill two prescriptions, and before we got started they reviewed and updated my information. What they failed to do was ask about any changes to the insurance, so when I finally got confirmation 3.5 hours later and the text says there is an insurance issue, I figure okay, mistakes happen, so I go there to get it sorted and pick up my stuff. They told me that I'd have to wait another hour and a half because they didn't fill it. This prescription is for non-opioidal painkillers and antibiotics for a broken tooth. I'm in pain and have already been waiting hours for it, only to be told "Now you get to wait longer because of our sheer ineptitude, and no other reason." CVS is across the street, and by the looks of it they have less of a wait for prescriptions anyway. I'm going there from now on. This is ridiculous."
"Shouldnt even have a star. But i had to give them a star. I dropped off my wifes perception 2 in a half hours ago and they said they would text us when its ready and said it will only take 30 min.s. so we went shopping at walmart til about 1am then stopped by McDonald's to get my kids some food and then stopped back to pick up the medication and gotta waot another 30 min.s to even get it. This is not right."
