"Had a birthday party there recently and will NEVER do it again. Party attendant was no where to be found, we were not provided enough supplies for everyone who attended, room was filthy, plates and silverware had chocolate all over them and we didn't even have anything chocolate, pizza theynprovided was cold, drinks werent mixed correctly and so much more! We were basically dumped in the room when we got there and left to fend for ourselves."
"Went in today and the lady at the front desk was unbearable and didn't really know anything. First this place is not kid friendly at all. We were there on a day pass. I was told I had to watch my son the whole time. No problem. Then I couldn't walk on the track without him. Okay. We asked to play pool, she would not give us the balls unless he is14. Then a man with younger kids came up and she gave them pool balls. What a complete miserable person. We left. I paid 6 dollars to watch my son shoot hoops. Never again."
"SHALLOW POOL!!! The lanes were only 3’6” deep. NOT DEEP ENOUGH I was nearly scraping the bottom and I could not dive start. If you’re looking to actually practice, this place ain’t it. Otherwise ok facility"
"The workers here tend to not keep the same story about pool hours and the schedule. I called before the renovation and they said they would be open I drove 30 minutes and they were closed. I called after the renovation and asked if they were open again they said yes. I came in and they said it was now closed due to a missing part. Your kid isn’t allowed to come in and swim with you on tuesdays and thursdays now unless they are exercising the whole time. Moral to the story make sure you call and ask all of your questions and repeat some and clarify others. Otherwise you will waste gas and have an unhappy family on the ride back because you couldn’t swim after you were already packed and ready to enjoy a pool."
"Went to visit and probably will enroll soon, as they have a great indoor pool, activities, out door pool, nice gym with great equipment, basketball, walking indoor trail. The workers there are really nice and welcoming, everything looks new and well kept, the prices are great. Seems like an ideal place to go and do some exercise."
