"If there was an option for ZERO stars, I'd use that option instead. The only reason this guy is still in business is because of location. There is only one old guy working there, he's rude. Not just "having a bad day" rude, "angry at every living organism in the world" rude can't even describe what this man is miserable over. Someone please buy out this business so he can retire and go be miserable in some random space he finally feels comfortable in and doesn't have to interact with free thinking individuals."

"I wanted to find a new shipping place in south McAllen to mail my items since I'm no longer in north McAllen. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I would rather drive to north McAllen to my usual place than spend my money or time here."

"Rude doesn't even describe it...and apparently it is the owner. Overpriced and not respecting std pricing established by USPS std box shipping. Charged me double! for std USPS box and when confronted, replied that he needs to pay rent and live off of this business so that is the price and if I don't like it its just too bad...so I went elsewhere and will never come back!"

"Extremely rude customer representative over the phone. When asked to speak with a supervisor he claimed that he was the owner and after I explained to him that his attitude was rude and disrespectful he just said no problem. Don't recommend this place for anyone. By the way it is way overpriced"
