"After expecting superior customer service at the ACTUAL UPS WAREHOUSE on UPAS ST., and being told they could not scan package e•labels and or print anything for customers and being directed to go elsewhere. I came to the UPS STORE and showed them my e•label and they professionally asked me to send e•label to their email, which they had on a prepared laminated tag, and then asked me to wait a minute so they could print label and receipt! I was done in less than 5 minutes! I took longer hearing excuses from the actual UPS Warehouse!"
