"They took my $4000 hard earned money, lied about their equipments, caused me a huge financial crisis, damaged my emotions and hurt. In 2022 March, I went to their school and made the commitment to attend their school based on their promise that I will graduate in a month, I will be trained in all automatic trucks, I get a job fast and I will be happy. All of that was not true. A month passed before I get in the basic training, the truck I was training was not automatic rather manual I couldn’t manage it because I don’t how to drive manual trucks and the ground was convenient either. About their trucks: they only have three trucks:One automatic which is constantly used for students to do road tests and for a new student like me it is hard to get the automatic trucks. Sometimes I go home without training. I finally got frustrated and constantly got into an argument with the trainer because the promise they told me wasn’t kept and month passed before I got on my first road test. He totally doesn’t have a clue about responsibility. I told him I pay for rent, food, gas and lots of things and I don’t have the time to be kept here but he instead of understanding my frustration, he tried to punish me for speaking up and put me back training progress back to counting the truck parts again which I already finished. I insisted I have already finished those and I am not going. That’s when I realized to run away because I knew I would not learn a thing in this hostile environment. I tried to speak with owner of the company and he is even worse. I ask for the refund of my money and they laughed at me. I tried to fight with complaint to the city but they couldn’t help.I lost my money, time, and many things. Maybe one day I will get it back. For new students who is going to attend this school, a couple things to keep in my mind before attending this fraudulent school. One ask them that you will complete in the due date they promised you to complete. Two go to their site to see their automatic trucks and the ground you will be learning which they would not do. Three ask them if all of their trucks are automatic and unless you like manual. Four, don’t give them all the money for the course before you complete the course and pass the your CDL. They will also ask you to pass a tanker endorsement test which you don’t need to pass your CDL. They make you do that because one of their training truck is a tanker. Good Luck!!"

"Recently, I was a student at changing lanes. My experience has been a good one. They never gave up on me. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, caring and awesome!! Terrance ,Charles, Ryan,Teri and the pad coordinator KJ are down to earth. I want to thank all of you guys for not ever giving up on me. I know y’all are passionate in teaching us the students to be a very cautious driver. I really appreciate your professionalism, hard work, dedication time and effort.
