"I see you all resurfacing parts of highway 115 with a quarter inch of asphalt and tar. This road needs to be paved from loop 1910 all the way to highway 181. It is extremely damaged and resurfacing it will not fix it. In a couple of weeks it will mold itself to the original damage road and make driving even more difficult. It is a heavily traffic area for the oil fields so it does need to be repaved with 4 to 6 in of asphalt. That is what our tax dollars is supposed to be used for."
