"Sat in drive thru for 8 mins before some helped then when I went to pick it up stood in lobby for 5 mins while some employees just look at me like I wasn't supposed to be inside."
"Got told at 8:20 i had 7 minutes left for my order. Those 7 minutes turned into 40 minutes. I walked in and asked about my order and got attitude. Also another thing is food handlers need to come in because no one has hair nets on nor do they wear gloves!!!!! The girl that is working today 8/21/23 at 8pm shift is constantly on her phone as well."

"The general manager need to learn to put at least one cashier at the front. Not everyone at the back of the store just waiting on the drive thru. My son is working doordash. And he was told to wait till they finish drive thru. Please work on customers service. Ppl do get upset if they have to wait over 30 minutes before they get served. And no one food should be cold."
