"Purchased a vape on 2/28/22 in the morning from the younger of the three running the place. The initial sale went fine but when I left I realized he did not give me a reciept but figured it would be fine and went on my merry way. Plugged the vape in on the 30 minute drive home, tried turning the pen on but it didn't turn on or light up at all after clicking 5 times, so I figured it maybe needed to charge more. Plugged it in at home and checked it again after 4 hours of charging but again it didnt light up at all or heat up after clicking it 5 times. Went on the stores website and tried calling them using the number listed on their website but no one ever picked up. (Later was told by the not so friendly man behind the counter that they do not have a phone. Convenient! Maybe don't list a number if you don't have a phone?)I made the 30 minute drive back to dubuque where I took the pen in to return or even exchange. The man who made the intitial sale was there and remembered me from the morning. I told him the pen did not work after charging it for hours. He looked in the box and saw that one of the coils had something in it that had been cleaned out, which I admitted to doing. The man at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL. He accused me of breaking it and trying to return something I damaged. The man then plugged the pen in behind the counter and begin shouting "it lights up! It works! What did you do to it?" I tried to explain that it doesn't turn on AFTER UNPLUGGING IT FROM THE CHARGER but he wanted to hear nothing of it and refused to refund my $60 or even offer me a working vape in exchange. I fully admit to losing my temper like I have never done at a place of business but this man was RUDE BEYOND WORDS! Sadly, i do business at this store quite often and really like the other young man who usually works nights and is always so friendly and personable whenever I do business with him, but after this experience I will no longer do business with this store in the future."

"I stopped in here and asked to use their restroom while waiting to help with the labor day parade downtown, but I was denied use of their bathroom for seemingly no reason. The restroom was not obviously marked like it is in most places, which is why I even asked in the first place. The men working behind the counter were rude and uncaring. I was going to pick up some snacks and goodies for other people in our parade group, but after being flat out rejected for the bathroom I just left without buying anything. Look elsewhere for literally anything you might need to get at this "convenience" store."

"Says they are open 24 hours but yet they ignore everyone at the door and then tell you they won't open up again till four am, pisses people off when they walk five blocks, or drive up, and the guy just ignores you, definatly not worth your time"

"Open 24/7 but the workers cant even be bothered to put down their own cellphones long enough to ring out a pack of gum let alone provide any shred of customer service. Glad they ignored the phone so i dont waste my time at a cover for money laundering. mae alsalama :) PS the owner of this store left four 5 star reviews with different accounts that all used the same name... At least try and be sneaky if your going to lie about reviews"
