"Very first time, asked for help finding my seat. A guide was offered and led me all the way. Parking in a free parking lot was great considering I'd never been to this arena before."
"Season ticket holder here so I know a thing or 2. Music can be too loud and the horn is deafening, but a great atmosphere. Food is terrible, but the cappuccino is awesome! They have a full bar upstairs to whet your whistle and you can't beat the great hockey action."
"First-time visitor just recently, there for a University of Dubuque men's ice hockey game. Honestly never knew the place existed, it is tucked away on what is known as Schmitt Island where it cohabitates with a casino, and other recreation and sports facilities. The arena was very nicely equipped, and as we've been told it has been the recipient of new funding from UD as well as other area schools, with UD holding the games of it's newly-formed Ice Hockey program for both men and women there. It is a great addition to their sports team offerings, and the game we saw there was exciting and well presented. Looking forward to more games there very soon!"
"Do NOT waste your money at concessions. A small bag of chips is 4 dollars. Everything is outrageous. I'll eat prior to coming when my son plays hockey."
