"I’m not sure if I came on a bad day, but I will not be coming back with my child. This stylist behaved like we were an inconvenience and she couldn’t get him out of her chair quick enough. He was super calm and well-behaved the entire time. She didn’t engage with him at all and was yanking on his hair the entire time. When she was done, she just stared at me. I asked her if she wanted me to check his hair and she said yes. It was super choppy and I asked her to fix it. When she was done, she immediately went to her phone to text. I had no idea what the price and I had to ask. Just very grumpy and unprofessional. And the stylists were boisterous and talking to each other the entire time instead of engaging with their clients. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"New in town so I was looking for a new place to get regular cuts. First time I went I had AMAZING service. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who cut my hair the first time, but if you look at their profile picture on their business Facebook page it’s the woman on the left. The cut lasted almost 30 min. She was thorough and friendly. I was so happy to have found a new salon that I could give $60 a month to for bi weekly cuts. The second time I went, I walked in, and made eye contact with at least one hairdresser. I’d bet all 3 saw me walk in, but I cannot say forsure. But I absolutely did make eye contact with one employee because she acknowledged me with a smile. In fairness, the woman who acknowledged me was talking to a customer, and the other 2 had customers in their salon chairs. But what really irked me is that nobody said anything to me at all. So I just kinda stood there looking like a lost puppy hoping someone would acknowledge me. Nobody did, so I sat down on the couch in the waiting area for a second. I thought “fine, maybe they didn’t see me and are busy with their current patrons”. Well that wasn’t true at all. The lady who smiled at me finished talking to her customer and she went back to siting on the stool and continuing to ignore me. Then, another hairdresser’s customer left and she didn’t say anything to me after that. Finally, after 8-10 min of being invisible, and another hairdresser’s customer leaving, I stood up and assertively asked “do I need to check in online or do you guys take walkins”. Hairdresser (don’t know her name but she’s the middle woman of the FB business profile picture) snapped back at me that “she’d be ready for me in a minute”. I sit in the chair and only thing she said to me was “what are we doing today”. I said “3 high taper down to a 1 on sides and back and then an inch off the top”. She then proceeds, in total silence, to blow through my cut in 4 min flat. She didn’t even switch guards on her trimmer, and did an absolute bare minimum, great-clips level cut all while being cold as ice. Im assuming it was because I was a little pointed in my voice’s inflection when asking why I was being ignored. In the future you guys should avoid ignoring people who want to give you money, and then giving them rushed and lazy cuts as spite for them trying to get your attention. Would have given 1/5 but the first woman who cut my hair was great. Go to her (woman on left in their FB profile picture)."

Her clippers didn’t bite and had newer equipment, which is a plus. The shop overall smelled nice and didn’t stink like weed. It was clean and welcoming. I will be coming here again!"
