"Vanessa was amazing! I have a lot of salmon anxiety because of a bad stylist experience, at a different salon, post-quarantine. Vanessa was so kind and eased a lot of my anxiety without even knowing it. I have wavy hair and when she styled it post-cut I didn't have to ask her to make it wavy (I don't like blowouts on me and have left many salons with a wet head because the stylist refused to stray from a classic blowout), she just did! The atmosphere at Charles Morris is always a 10/10. All staff are super friendly. Every service I've had by them is perfect. Highly recommend Charles Morris!"

"At first I liked my hair when I was in the salon, but then when I got home and styled my hair I realized just how messed up it was. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. To the credit of this salon they did offer to “fix” it but I didn’t trust that they could. The stylists was very friendly but I don’t believe it was done correctly, my highlights on one side were blended, the other side was chunky and none of them went to the root. I also paided for a toner but my hair was yellow and looked like it was weeks old. I would suggest if you are going to go to the salon you pay for a higher level stylists because the stylists who are starting out here don’t have the skills they should. When looking at the pictures remember this is the next day."

"I had the best experience with Lizzy. I literally rolled in on a knee scooter. Lizzy was delightful and so patient as it took me a little more time to get in and out of chairs. She took her time washing my hair and listened to what I wanted with color and trim. The front desk gals are also so sweet."
