"Do not use!!! NO SHOW! Needed to get Dr apt. Called the day before told no problem, told to call ahead of time tomorrow. Called 2:30 (pm) for 3:00 pic up, told ok. At 3:00, no show.. called and was told they'd be there in 10 minutes. Again no show, called 3:20 they stopped answering the phone. Hotel desk manager pulled up his personal Uber app and had a ride there for me in 5 minutes! Thank you Uber, and the wonderful staff at Hotel Indigo!!!"

"Stray dog hit by car across street. Called these folks. Great response, courteous . Called for ride from pet emergency clinic. Too far out. Dispatcher took call. Heavy traffic. Hour wait. No problem. Rude driver. Otherwise got us home."

She picked us up and took us to the zoo, She made sure she came back to pick us up from the zoo in time to get us where we needed to go after that.
