"I will I could leave no stars! Be prepared to wait and then when someone who had a haircut prior comes back in and needs a refresh, they will allow them to cut in front of you. Check in on the app 45 minutes early and said that I would be seen at approximately 5:00. Got there at 4:50 and the screen said that I had another 45 minute wait. At 5:30 another gentlemen walked in and put his name on the list and he was several names below mine. At Approximately 5:40 the stylist got complete and I was ready to get my haircut as the waitlist had my name first. The gentlemen who came in after me went up to the stylist and talked to her and shortly thereafter he got called up. When I asked why, they said that he had a "refresh". I immediately walked out and will NEVER be back."

"Would put zero stars but it’s not an option. Walked in with flow and told them I wanted it to be trimmed and cleaned up at most an inch off everywhere I would add pictures but it is so bad it’s like the stylist had never cut hair before the stylist told me that she didn’t know how she wanted to style it when I said I wanted to keep my flow I now look like Ellen DeGeneres and I don’t want to be seen for the next six months"

"The stylists are always great at this location but ownership/management has gone downhill in a big way. They are always understaffed and now they're online system is giving incredibly incorrect times (told me estimated 30 minutes and it took over an hour and a half) and the system kicks you off when you were sitting there waiting if the stylus don't get to you within an hour. I'm really questioning whether I will return to this location or not."
