"Just realized they deleted my original review.. not an honest business now are they? Just a reminder to everyone not to go here, they fried my hair off. I asked for a test strand beforehand and Kelly had told me no, she knew how to do her job. I was blonde my entire life, I think I know about a test strand being necessary after getting highlights/balayages done for 6 years of that. Especially on naturally fine hair. I heard her say that 30 volume developer was used as well, which was WAY too harsh on my hair. Couple years later and my hair is STILL healing from the bleach damage and I was forced to go brunette (the damage was very high up on my head and frankly I wasn’t willing to do a pixie cut to remove all the damage evenly). Charged full price too, as well as for a treatment afterward. I have some personal beef with this salon after that! Not looking for money now though, just trying to prevent anyone else from having their hair destroyed. It was devastating. If they delete this review I will post again :)"
