"I come here at least 4-5x a week and its overall a solid gym. The staff is always really friendly as well as the people at the gym. A lot of the equipment definitely needs to be updated, and its missing some basic machines virtually any other gym has such as hack squat, pec deck, and t bar row machines. But I understand they cant fit everything with the limited space they have. Id still recommend it to anybody that wants a smaller gym with a nice environment."
"The machines have got to be over 15 years old by now. The attachments are crumbling. No AC so they bring giant vents in during warm months. Very small, very run down & front desk does not pay any attention to you which is not abnormal of most Xsports. I really wish they’d redo it because a ton of people do come to this location."

"The people are great. Equipment and space definitely needs an update and some catching up to do with other locations. It gives off a vibe of neglect. I can’t imagine that there isn’t some long term plan in place. Hopefully the new GM they just hired can advocate for and share the new vision with its members."
"Ten Things I hate about XSport They blast their class music (2 classes) louder than the gym music so you can’t hear your EarPod The gym looks and feels dirty The XSport express is where old equipment is sent to die The tv’s have poor or no channel selection No Wi-Fi Childcare space looks unsavory. There’s an old stain on carpet. Would you leave your child in a place where they don’t care about the carpet They don’t have intermediate dumbbells - 7 lb. 12.5 lb. 17.5 lb. People don’t clean equipment People hog equipment while not using it. Night time fight in the gym. Serving pizza in the gym."
