"The work was satisfactory ( although my swim pure controller was placed crooked on the wall) technician here for one hour. They sent me a bill for 175.00 Service charge and 150.00 labor charge total 325.00 for one hours work and not parts required. This place is expensive and overprice! I would not recommend them now or in the future. Be sure to get a full price quote is you do use them before they get your business. They have lost mine."

"We had our pool resurfaced with pebble sheen Hines told it would last 15/20 years so we paid more to upgrade. Looked great after it was done. At 14 months we started noticing discoloration we called Hines they sent someone out to look at it told us it was caused by hard water and we needed to acid wash it, my husband explained we just had it done 14 months ago should be under warranty hubby asked if Hines would cover acid wash, Service tech didn’t seem happy told my husband they would and haven’t heard back not returning calls. This was 3 months ago. We’ve always been happy with their work and people always friendly until now. Disappointed I don't recommend pebble sheen if this is what happens within 14 months."

"Justin Brown is a superb pool tech! He has navigated and fixed multiple issues on our 3 commercial pools. He is knowledgeable, informative, and shoots it to you straight. He has a great work ethic and does not cut corners. Hines Pool & Spa is a great company that I’d recommend to anyone!"

"This company is dishonest and over-charge, take advantage. I highly recommend using a different company. They installed my hot tub and a few months later the spa showed a cloudy, eroding plaster. Had to have the entire hot tub redone. A leak occurred and required a new part. I had to call for weeks and weeks to follow up on the part finally got someone to come out. When they came out to replace the lid, I asked they help me fix the pool app that wasnt connecting to my phone. They looked at it and stated I needed to replace the entire thing and get a booster. They were at my house for 1.5 hours and sent me a bill for over $700 to just replace a lid and look at my app. I had another company come out and look at the app and all it was was a wire that was not connected into it and it clearly showed disconnected from it. I have heard from several other pool companies and people that this company is not honest and this is what they constantly hear from others as well. I usually dont write reviews but due to the extent of what I have experienced and knowing others are to, I hope this prevents others from experiencing this."

"Jeff Hines just left our home completing a repair on our pool / spa heater. As usual an outstanding job. The Company communicates extremely well with job status (Joel) and Jeff has become our "Go To" pool repair person. We used another entity only to be insulted by the person with whom we had worked. Over the last few years, Hines has become the preferred entity with whom we always work. They are easy to work with, they are pleasant to work with, they do the job right the first time and they do it at a fair price. We cannot say enough about the experiences we have had with them. Keep up the great work!!!"
