"Wes is great. I bought a bike from Veloranugtan, but discovered somehow along the line, a part that was supposed to come on my bike was different from what I ended up with. Wes went to bat for me, talking with the bike brand reps, trying to figure out what went wrong, and making sure I was taken care of to make sure the bike I bought was spec'd with the parts it was supposed to come with. Customer support like this is why LBS's are important to keep around and shop from."
"What a pleasure to do business with his shop. The best bike shop experience I've had in ages. They did a custom built Yeti SB140 and Wesley was awesome to work with. Plus the price was way better than the local shop in my city. When I picked up my bike the worker did and amazing job walking through the suspension setup. He was very through.
