"Wish I could give this location a 0 star. I’ve had to switch to this location after I moved (vs Scp Parker dr excellent service). I’ve been in a minimum of 30 times and out of those there were probably only 5 instances where I didn’t have to go back into the office to either A) find out why my order is missing most of its contents or B) have to go in to remind them I’m even out there as the order never even reached the warehouse and they leave you sitting outside for an hour. Very unhelpful employees on all ends office to warehouse. This location has lost my business that’s for sure. If you plan to use them then bring a laptop and some snack because you’re going to be there for a while!"
"I forgot my chemicals test kit, too far away from shop, would have lost 2 hours round trip from Austin to Kyle and back with morning traffic. Called dispatch, she called SCP, by the time I got there, they had already pulled it and waiting for me! That's service at its best!!! Thanks SCP!"

"I like the store because I found what I want but since I have a problem with one of the sellers because they never bring my parts outside of the store they said I try to stole the items when They never bring them outside, they check the cameras and everything I was so frustrated since I wait for more than an hour for a simple stuff of 10 min from there anytime I come to the store they are so rude with me! They Hispanic guy told me today that he can’t sell to me. I said okay I understand but the other guys still so rude with me. I just don't want to go back to that store but I need really need materials for my work"
"If your in the industry and need wholesale pool components, this is the place. My favorite folks to work with here are Clarence, Tessa, Teresa, and Devon. These guys all know there stuff and this St. Elmo location is the fastest, when you or your guys are on the clock, the last thing you want to do is waste valuable time.
